The Watch is an intelligence program that monitors and analyzes a dynamic set of client indicators on a global scale. Its core capabilities include geopolitical risk assessment, air and maritime domain awareness, and in-depth open-source intelligence (OSINT) research.

Our team is composed of students ranging from sophomore to graduate level, each bringing expertise in OSINT, foreign affairs, and multilingual proficiency. The Watch supports various initiatives within the Center for Intelligence Research, Analysis, and Training (CIRAT), and regularly produces weekly intelligence reports that are distributed to both the Mercyhurst University community and external clients.
